The occupational therapist can evaluate your physical and cognitive abilities to determine your eligibility for the Transports Quebec program in order to obtain a parking sticker or access to a paratransit service.
The occupational therapist will complete the necessary documents and assist you in filling out the application to the Société d’Assurance Automobile du Québec (SAAQ).
