If you would like to schedule an appointment using this format, please notify the front desk when making your appointment.

Please note that your occupational therapist may recommend an in-person appointment if objective data needs to be collected (e.g. measurements) or if physical modalities need to be applied (for exemple: custom splint fabrication).
