Sandrine Sara, a graduate in occupational therapy from the University of Montreal in December 2019, began her career at Physiothérapie Boisbriand. Her empathetic nature and genuine concern for helping people led her to pursue a career in occupational therapy. With a dynamic and creative approach, Sandrine enjoys making occupational therapy treatments playful, as she believes there is nothing more therapeutic. Therefore, the patient’s expectations are at the heart of her care so that they can resume their meaningful activities as quickly and sustainably as possible.
Through her various internships, she developed an interest in musculoskeletal disorders and hand therapy. However, she continues to expand her knowledge in different areas to better meet the needs of her clients, particularly in the areas of chronic pain and rehabilitation after mild traumatic brain injury. She primarily works with patients who have work-related injuries (CNESST) and motor vehicle accident-related injuries (SAAQ).
